New Seniors Living Residence 

Appointed by RSL LifeCare we collaborated with key stakeholders to design and decorate their new Seniors Living property in beautiful Port Macquarie.

Due for completion in late June 2019, our interior design took inspiration from the many facets of the iconic coastal surroundings.  The 2 storey property houses a Community Centre with coffee shop & hairdressers, 160 bedrooms, 4 dining rooms, several multifunction rooms & sunrooms.   Our interior design included spacial planning, custom joinery, soft furnishings & bespoke furniture & fabrics with carefully selected decorating pieces for the entire complex.  

A large internal void surrounded by impressive 20 metre high glass windows, gave us the opportunity to install feature “cloud” style lighting which is visable from both levels of the property & is the ‘floating centerpiece’ of the community centre.  Residents bedroom

furniture & drapes were designed with a soft contemporary colour palette to provide occupants with the opportunity to make their space their own.   We also specified colourful artworks & unique prints for all areas to assist with wayfinding for all residents & visitors.

Contemporary sculpture pieces completed all schemes which gave the scheme a down to earth atmosphere and appreciation for all things sea sun and sand.  For the entire complex our recommendations and designs will ensure longevity & comfort for all residents & employees for many years to come
